A percentage of the total booking price, counted only once the guest has paid, never on a stay that goes unpaid. If a paid stay is later cancelled, commission follows what you actually keep under your own cancellation policy: refund everything and you owe nothing; keep a deposit and commission applies only to that amount. Your rate is agreed in writing, and it only changes later if we agree it with you first.

Bookings from your own site or socials stay fully yours: log them in the cabinet so your whole calendar lives in one place, and import your other calendars by iCal so nothing double-books. Yes, that’s one of the reasons partners come to us. A camp holds every room, package, season and stay length in one listing; a school or instructor holds every lesson and course rate, by coach and season, or a single flat rate per lesson. Priced once instead of flattened into a single number.
Phone, WhatsApp and Instagram bookings: log them by hand, a full record with the guest’s details and payment, in the same calendar. Bookings on another platform, like Airbnb or Booking.com: import that room’s calendar by iCal so the dates block here too and you avoid double-booking, though it won’t bring in the guest’s details as a booking record. Export the other way isn’t available yet.
No. You create your account and land in your cabinet the same day, and you can build, preview and publish straight away. The 2 business days is only for confirming your founding rate in writing and booking your setup call. Nothing is billed at a rate you haven’t agreed to.
