Why we started.

The best surf trips are often run by a handful of people at a single house, priced fairly, and known only by word of mouth. They rarely have the time or the tools to build a website that ranks, so travelers default to the handful of camps that already show up in search, even when better or cheaper options exist nearby.

Soltar exists to close that gap: give every camp, school, and instructor a real listing, and give travelers a way to compare them side by side and book with confidence.

What we do.

We list surf camps, surf lessons, and surf spots, with real pricing, availability, and policies set by each partner. You search and compare, then request to book directly with the camp or school. We are the discovery and booking layer, not the operator of any listing.

Soltar was founded by a surfer who kept finding great, affordable camps that no search engine could. We're early: a small team building the platform camp by camp, region by region.
